INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
- Basic Infrastructure Development:
- Pure & Safe drinking facilities
- Improve the village sanitation system
- Construction of suitable approach roads and bus shelters
- Repair and diversion of the existing roads and drains
- Improve street and general lighting requirements
EDUCATION
One primary and secondary school will be started for the project
affected villages with a moto as compulsory education right for
children.
In addition to this, the following facilities will be provided:
- Development of play ground;
- Midday meals;
- Sponsoring meritorious scholarship for students of College / ITI / Polytechnic etc;
- Adoption of nearby ITI college for skill development of neighboring village youth (Identified ITI college, Jyothi Institute of Training Centre, Parvathipuram)
- Company will start its owns ITI college for skill development of
youth
- Stipend to females would continue even after marriage if education
continued;
- Organize computer training for the children / youth of weaker
section;
- Up-gradation / Renovation of existing schools; and
- Providing water supply, toilets, furniture, computers, library,
books, school bags, sports kits etc.
HEALTH
- Development of primary health centers;
- Provision of 30 bed hospital with all facilities and free medicines;
- Ambulance to take patients to hospitals in emergency situations;
- A mobile medical van to conduct health campaigns which will lead
to better conditions of the people;
- Conduction of vaccination / immunization programmes including
polio camps;
- Eye camps; and
- Provision of homeopathic doctor for free homeopathic consultation
and free medicine
DRINKING WATER FACILITY
Pure and Safe drinking water to meet daily household water requirement
SANITATION
Proper sewerage system will be created and will start Suvidha Public
Toilet (SPT) at project site and adjoining villages
VOCATIONAL TRAINING
- Bakery , Papad and Agarbathi making
- Computer Training
- Candle making
- Fashion technology courses
- Food preservation
- Handicraft
- Mushroom cultivation
- Organize skill development and vocational training for enabling
people to form self help group
- Printing press, Spiral binding and Screen printing
- Spices grinding and packing
- Tailoring Embroidery classes to surrounding villagers
- Training for girls and ladies of weaker section of society
- Type writers and Shorthand training
- Welders
SELF EMPLOYMENT
Support would be given to people who want to generate self employment
like some shops, small businesses like poultry, etc. will be provided
financial assistance up to Rs.50,000/-.
- Self help groups;
- Income generation schemes; and
- Setting up of fly ash brick plants with employment and income
generation.
COMMUNITY WELFARE / PANCHAYAT HALLS
- Renovation and Modernization of existing community / panchayat
halls;
- Construction of new community / panchayat halls;
- Assistance to Anganwadi centres (Komadara – 3 no’s ,
Pedakherjala – 3 no’s, Kotipam – 2 no’s, Gumada – 2 no’s) ; and
- Provision of solar energy to community / panchayat buildings
COMMUNICATION
- Provision of public telephone booths in each village
- Provision of Internet facility in the Schools, Community /
Panchayat halls
RELIGIOUS PLACES
- Keeping in view the religious values of villagers, worship buildings
as desired will be constructed
- Provision of solar energy in worship buildings
OLD AGE PENSION
- Eligible senior citizens will be paid a monthly pension of Rs.1000
to ensure a comfortable life in old age.
DIFFERENTLY ABLED PERSONS
- Differently abled persons would be shown avenues of employment
by facilitating requisite financial assistance.
- Organizing camps and suitable training
- Formation of self help groups
- Organizing sports activities
- Provide wheelchairs and artificial limbs
BUDGETARY PROVISIONS
One Time Expenditure
Includes cost incurred on up gradation, refurbishment and creation of the infrastructure, facilities etc
Recurring Expenditure
Includes provision of funds to meet recurring expenses of training, pensions, allowances, etc.
